Hi, I’m Luz Irene Lemos, and this is my portfolio for Casa de Luzi Studio. Originally from Cali, Colombia, I moved to the United States at the age of 15 to pursue my education and follow my lifelong passion for creativity and design.

 

From a young age, I was captivated by art, crafts, and visual storytelling, knowing early on that I wanted to use design to improve people’s lives.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Product Design from San Francisco State University, where I developed both technical skills and creative thinking. In addition to my formal education, I pursued art as a personal outlet by taking online classes to refine my techniques in painting and illustration.

While in school, I began working for a retail company and discovered my love for kitchen and bathroom design. This experience evolved into a full-time career in the residential remodeling industry, where I have spent the last 11 years creating thoughtful, functional, and beautiful spaces.

Today, at Casa de Luzi Studio, I merge all of my passions: interior design, murals, fine art, and visual branding. Whether I am transforming a living space or painting a custom piece for a client, my goal is always the same—to bring warmth, identity, and soul to every project.
